Actually I am working on prototype geometry .Initial height of the mesh I calculated using Y+ formula. In mesh part set up of ICEM i have mentioned maximum height once 11 mm and 10 mm and the total number of elements for 10 mm and 11 mm were differ by nearly 1 millions. so can you suggest me for selecting maximum mesh size .

and also I have taken prism layer across the wall. its cut section view showed 3 default prism layer near to the wall and after then rapid expansion of the mesh . Y + value from the cfx post is in the range of 4 to 4031 . I increased the number of layer to 10 with default prism height ratio 1.2 ,the number of element below 0.3 quality is too many (nearly 15000)
If we take prism layer with tetra mesh how to improve the mesh quality
