How to repair this geometry?

Hello, I am importing this geometry and I have no idea how to repair this errors, if someone can advice me or knows how, it will be appreciated. As you can see at the original picture the geometry does not has those flat wings.

just thinking outloud first things I would check
Did you right click on Surfaces and select Show Full ? Under Settings > Model/Units, you might want to reduce the triangulation tolerance. what type of geom file was imported? |
