I had to redo a portion of the blocks of my geometry, but now need to unite the blocks, because when extrude face is like having two blocks, is there any way to do this in ICEM?

in the blocking tab -> edit block -> merge blocks. Sometimes that features doesn't work as expected... you can select the block you want to merge or hit automatic, it will do it for you

I understand, but I want to connect two blocks between them where there is an empty space, how exactly do I do this?

in the create block tab, instead of clicking initiliaze block, select create block from face or vertices. it will add a block there. my guess you can merge them later. altough i'm curious if merging vertices will do the same too ?! can you try first with merge vertices ? the second one always work anyway
