Hello everyone.
I have import a geometry from a cad file to ICEM to made some modification. then I export the geometry as .IGS and or .STL but there is something strange here!! when I want t import again this exported geometry, then the only surfaces which I made in ICEN (the surfaces which are created in the modify process) will open and the other surfaces which are originally created vanished! So I have just the surfaces and curves which I built in ICEM and not builted by CAD file. hopefully I can explain what is going on. Is any body has any idea about the case? |

Hello and thanks for your reply
In the ICEM, you cannot export to step file! how can I do that? for exporting in Parasolid format I got this error: ICEM CFD - Parasolid Writer 12.0.1 (Build 9.4.10.16) Parasolid Kernel Version 19.1 (Build 307) Copyright (C) 2009 Ansys Inc./ICEM CFD Engineering Checking for License...Failed. child process exited abnormally Done.
