Default Creating coordinates for for turbine blade

I have to draw a turbine blade.I have couple of questions.

Say, I have geometry like chord length, inlet angle, exit angle, maximum chord thickness , how can we generate coordinates for the profile?
Also, what all the dimensions do you think one needs to know for generating the blade profile?
