Hi guys - I'm having trouble meshing a feature in an assembly (created with SW2011). The part is mated to two channels, which encompass the outer-diameter. I have a total of ten of these within the assembly, and none can manage to mesh, despite using Mapped Face Meshing and Face or Body Sizing of 0.1in. I've increased the relevance centres, and played around with all the typical mesh features.
Has anyone else seen a problem like this? I've remodelled the part twice, and checked for interferences/contact errors as well. Thanks! |

Slice the geometry in quarters and you will have no problems meshing it.
