Default meshing problem due to new name selection

i had to really fight it out with some issues that were coming due to inflation and finally completed the meshing successfully.
but when i tried to name it and update the mesh gave an error!! i know it is a very wierd thing to happen any solutions? thank you in advance.
p.S- i cant repeat the mesh i need to name it without making any changes in the settings

An error occured during sweeping while meshing the following face. Change element sizing parameters and try again.
this error is occuring is inflation of a semi cylindrical disk sweep body . i tried many max thicknesses but none work .the error geometry is coming as surface along the th path. any sggestions please very urgent
