[ICEM] Question about creating lateral surface for a specific geometry

Hi,

May I ask why I can't create the lateral surface of this geometry by the button 'simple surface'? And how to fix this problem? Btw, the upper side of the edge of this geometry is not round but the lower side is.

Sometimes, this option doesnt work very well, but I don't know why.
Anyway, instead of using the method "from 2-4 curves", use the method "from curves". This method works better than this other
