Hi Cyln,

Try saving the hex mesh blocking, then creating the unstructured tetra mesh. Once the tetra mesh is complete, use File-->Mesh-->Load from Blocking,select your saved hex mesh blocking and opt for merging the mesh. Then run through the process of merging the surface mesh parts.
