See image attached. I want to mesh the inner rotating domain with an inflation layer with a first layer thickness about 0.001 metres and a mapped quad surface mesh on the blade faces.
I have set inflation layer from blade surfacve to the edge of the rotating domain. Also have some edge sizing on the blades as well as an automatic method attached to the domain. I am getting a mesh with extremely large aspect ratio. When i try reduce number of inflation layers to control this or reduce edge sizing on the blades to control the aspect ratio it will not mesh the faces using a mapped method which I require. Any tips which may helps. |
