Help with geometries in dm

Working with 2D geometries. I had previously only done in GAMBIT but I want to migrate to DM (geometry). My problem is I do not know how to generate more than one surface. I have an environment that surrounds a inverandero, but when I generate independently of external and internal environment (both surfaces) get one that encompasses everything. Someone will have a tutorial or may orient. Sorry if I do not Understand, I do not speak English. I am using a translator
