Dear All!
I am new user to Workbench of ANSYS Fluent .could you please help me in importing external CAD file(3D surface) into workbench and extrude as 3d solid for meshing. regards, |

ANSYS Meshing does not allow you to work with an imported mesh...
You can import a mesh and extrude with ICEM CFD (meshing), TGrid, or FE Modeler. Which tool are you using and what mesh format are you importing?
