Hi colleagues,
I am new to ANSA, so please excuse my amateur question. I am planning to use the ANSA Morphing tool to morph vehicle models (.STL) to create new shapes (1000 variations), on which to perform simulations. In order to save time, I was wondering - is it possible to take the baseline vehicle model, mesh the whole 3D domain (volume meshing) and then perform the morphing on the volume mesh? This way, the re-meshing of the whole domain for each newly morphed vehicle shape can be avoided. I will really appreciate it if someone can shine a light on my question, before I jump in to trying and losing time. I would also appreciate if someone can point me to another tool with the desired functionality. thanks in advance Asparuh |
