Hello,
Me and my colleagues are interesting in creating a universal Batch Mesh setup, which we can run on all kinds of brackets and holders and create the same quality mesh, with no violating elements. I am having trouble finding suitable parameters to choose, particularlz for the various features like fillets and holes. Does anyone have any advice or experience in doing this?

I understand it is dependant on the model, but a lot of these models are similar in radius size and width. They will also work with similar element lengths.

Element quality can't be determined by asking questions in forum. It depends on what analysis are you doing, how much accuracy you need, how much computational power you have, total mesh size etc.
