Hi Vangeli,

I am trying to generate the mesh layers of my model but i am getting the following message:

"109 incomplete shells generated !
Nothing to process.
10 incomplete shells generated !
END"

I tried to reduce my First Height (Absolute) from 0.1 mm to 0.05 and 0.02 respectively but still i am having the same problem. I also used Exclude and Collapse and again nothing...Another problem is that when i set layers for a specific part/area of my model i get the message "2nd Order elements are not supported".
Finally how can i delete/erase previously generated layers because i use Erase from volumes tab but doesn't erase all of them...

I 'm posting you images from the problematic areas and settings i used.
Any ideas on this??

Thanks

Kyriakos

please check the orientation first (set in ENT mode- orient in such a manner that the gray surface should come where you want to create the layers)

for erasing the layer
delete the volume mesh and compress once-now select the surface mesh and regenerate the mesh)

hope this will help.
