This webinar will examine the meaning of time scales in physical systems and the implications to electronics cooling simulations. Both flow and thermal time scales will be demonstrated through sample simulations along with foundational calculations that help us understand and predict transient situations. Also, a unique co-simulation transient approach will be shown as a method of addressing problems with dramatically different flow and thermal time scales.
