Mizutani Electric is a specialty manufacturer of heat sinks and radiators for electronics devices. Like most developers and manufacturers of electronics components, they're constantly facing the challenge of dissipating more heat with smaller packages. Computational thermal analyses using Cradle scSTREAM has been a key enabler leading to innovative concepts such as the J-Fin heat sink, the EC-JOINT, and the patented HEATLANE plate.
