The objective of STTP on ACM is to provide training to
Scientists, Engineers, Faculty and young researchers on the
latest development in the computational methods and to carry
out research in their respective field using holistic
approach. The basic purpose of this STTP is to provide the
researchers a solid scientific and technical basis of
theoretical and applied mechanics and modern numerical methods.
Description:
The Short Term Training Programme on Advanced Computational
Mechanics (STTP on ACM) during 14th - 18th July, 2014 at
DIAT, Pune. The objective of STTP on ACM is to provide
training to Scientists, Engineers, Faculty and young
researchers on the latest development in the computational
methods and to carry out research in their respective field
using holistic approach. The basic purpose of this STTP is
to provide the researchers a solid scientific and technical
basis of theoretical and applied mechanics and modern
numerical methods. The STTP is focused on new mathematical
modelling techniques which have recently emerged in
computational mechanics with the aim to solve the
challenging problems in mechanics.
