CRADLE HeatPathView for Visualizing Energy Flow in Electronics Cooling

In electronics cooling, component temperature is a critical design requirement. However, during the design process, knowing the flow of energy is essential for determining how the design should be modified to control the temperature. HeatPathView is a visualization utility in Cradle HeatDesigner electronics cooling analysis software and scSTREAM, structured grid general purpose CFD software, that enables engineers to manage heat dissipation at the component level and understand heat balances and heat paths in an intuitive graphical format.
