CFD course at Chalmers on LES for Industry

COMPUTATIONAL FLUID DYNAMICS IN INDUSTRY - Large Eddy Simulation

A three-day course in Large Eddy Simulation (LES) and unsteady RANS.

The course will treat finite volume methods and numerical methods for LES, and subgrid-scale (SGS) turbulence modeling. Also hybrid LES-RANS will be discussed.

Lectures will be given in the mornings; in the afternoons there will be workshops on Windows Workstations.

Day 3 Fluent Sweden will present the Fluent code, and in the afternoon the participants will use Fluent during the workshop session.

The number of participant is limited to 15
