Lattice Boltzmann CFD Training, September 25-27, 2013

We'd like to announce the upcoming training session for the CFD software Palabos. The training takes place on September 25-27 in Lausanne (Switzerland), just one hour from the Geneva airport.

Palabos is an open-source CFD tool based on the lattice Boltzmann method. Thanks to its no-mesh approach, it loads the most complex geometries almost instantaneously. It is specialized on coupled physical phenomena, such as thermal and/or multi-phase flow.

The first, optional day focuses on the theory of the lattice Boltzmann method, and the two following days provide hands-on knowledge to master the Palabos software.
