This course will teach attendees how to approach different Fluid Structure Interaction (FSI) problems using SC/Tetra and Abaqus. General information about FSI simulations will be discussed followed by the technical details. The course will also include step by step instructions on how to set up a two way FSI problem. A separate discussion will be dedicated to identifying the important steps needed to verify the accuracy an FSI simulation. The course will be concluded by providing a hands-on workshop where attendees will be given specific instructions and encouraged to complete the setup for a second FSI problem.
