Fluent's combined offices in Europe are pleased to present the programme for the upcoming Automotive CFD Conference being hosted for CFD users in Bingen, Germany, June 25-26, 2003.
Highlights of the event include presentations from 20 leading-edge applied automotive CFD papers covering traditional CFD application areas such as aerodynamics, climate control, powertrain and underhood thermal management, but also extending to new and novel multiphase and non-conventional automotive CFD applications like condensation and paintshops. Companies presenting at the conference include Opel, Volvo, PSA, Delphi, Skoda, MIRA, Ferrari and Sauber Formula 1 Teams, Advantage CFD, Mann & Hummel, Eberspaecher, Livbag, TRW, Arsenal Research, Duerr Systems and Fraunhofer IPA. Universities who will be highlighting their research efforts at the conference include Aachen, Bologna, Valladolid, W. Bohemia and Nottingham.
In addition to the wide array of papers to be presented at the event, complementary, leading-edge, third party CAE software and hardware suppliers to the European automotive CFD community will be showcasing their products at the event in a CAE Pavillion: Advantage CFD, AMD, BETA CAE Systems, CEI/GENIAS, CHIMERA Tech, EDS-Unigraphics, Engineous, Fuel Tech/Engineering Systems Technology, Fujitsu Siemens, HP, IBM, ICEM-CFD, Intelligent Light, LMS, Optimal Solution, Optimum Power, Pallas, Pointwise, VR-Solutions/Vircinity.
This conference provides a unique opportunity to find out how CFD is used by automotive companies throughout Europe, North America and Asia.
