Flomerics Bid Talks Discontinued

The board of directors for Flomerics recently announced that all discussions conserning a possible acquisition of Flomerics have been discontinued. This follows after the announcement in October 2002 that Flomerics had received a take-over bid on the company. Apparantly since then discussions have been held with several potential buyers but no progress has been made.
