Mentor Graphics Announces FloEFD for Siemens NX Product for Fully-integrated and Seamless Concurrent CFD Simulation

WILSONVILLE, Ore., May 4, 2011 - Mentor Graphics Corporation (NASDAQ: MENT) today announced the new FloEFD™ for Siemens NX product for concurrent computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulation, seamlessly integrated with the Siemens NX product lifecycle management (PLM) software. Unlike other NX-based tools available today, the FloEFD for Siemens NX software from Mentor Graphics® works directly with native NX geometry using Finite Volume mathematical techniques for more robust and faster simulations, while supporting a wider range of applications.
