My UK based CFD consultancy is up for sale following my acceptance of a senior position back in motorsport. The limited company is currently not actively trading, has no employees on the payroll, and I am the sole director and 100% shareholder.

The sale could be an ideal opportunity for someone looking to enter the market to take on an established business and network of contacts and clients. Alternatively, the purchase could be used as a vehicle to acquire the following ANSYS perpetual licenses:
