Fourth International Cconference

Description:

Since the first conference in May 1999, there has been a number of serious fires in tunnels in Europe, which has given rise to an unprecedented level of investigation, research, and discussion on all fronts.

The aim of this conference is to provide a forum for discussion of all aspects of tunnel fires, to exchange information on the newest technology and research, review practical issues, and especially to share what has been learned over the past few years.

Day One will deal with Engineering Design for Fire Safety, and Movement and Control of Soke and Fire, Day Two will deal with Fire and Life Safety, and CFD and Vaildation.

In addition to the main conference, the third day will be devoted to a series of specialist workshops.
