Ansys - Fluent Merger Approved

The Federal Trade Commission has now approved Ansys' purchase of Fluent. Ansys expects to close the deal before May 1, 2006. This follows after some delay and speculation that the deal might somehow be opposed by the FTC. Ansys announced their intent to buy Fluent more than two months ago.
