Join Flow Science for an Online Seminar
Prediction and Alleviation of Core Gas Defects using FLOW-3D
You're invited to attend a live, online seminar where Flow Science will discuss successful foundry projects using FLOW-3D, a highly-accurate CFD simulation tool.
The demonstration covers simulations of T and saddle cores from Graham-White Manufacturing Co. and an engine block water jacket core from GM Powertrain. FLOW-3D was used to analyze core gas flows to eliminate defects due to binder gas blowing into metal.
Highlights include:
- Simulations analyzing core gas flow and venting design - Core design comparison and validation - Analyzing gas venting path: print, cavity and metal - Q & A session after the presentation
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact Flow Science or call 1.505.982.0088.
