Mentor Graphics Introduces FloTHERM IC

SEMI-THERM, Santa Clara, Calif., February 24, 2010 — Mentor Graphics Corporation (NASDAQ: MENT) today announced the FloTHERM® IC productivity tool targeting the semiconductor industry for thermal characterization and design.
