Dear all,
CFD@Nottingham is pleased to announce Prof. Ian Jones' lecture on "Progress in CFD" to be held on June 12th at the University of Nottingham, UK (MAPH - Math and Physics, Room B13, at 17:00 for 17:30 start).
Ian Jones if the CFX UK Technical Service manager and has been responsible for the development of CFX and some very challenging CFD applications for the past 30 years. He has recently been appointed visiting professor in Industrial CFD at the University of Nottingham and on that occasion he will be giving this open lecture. He will reflect on CFD, past, present, future during a lecture that promises to be most interesting now that we are heading for the multiphysics era.
This is an open lecture. Everyone is therefore free to attend. Refreshments and snacks served from 17:00 in MAPH building (see map).
