APEX, N.C. (August 21, 2008) – Computational Engineering International (CEI) will be previewing the latest version of the company’s extreme visualization software, EnSight 9, at their user group conference, CEIViz ‘08. The event is being held in Baltimore, Maryland September 23-25, 2008 and will include special visualization training seminars, presentations on new software developments by CEI staff, and user presentations.
EnSight 9 includes several new improvements to the powerful visualization product including: easier to use with a gradual learning curve dramatically cutting user time to reach common features; upgraded performance for batch post-processing; greater use of Python for advanced, developer-oriented customers; and added support for imported CAD files.
“We are really excited for our customers to preview EnSight 9 and take a first look at the many new features our development team has added. I believe the improved performance, ease of use, greater use of Python and additional CAD support will be a big draw for our customers,” says Darin McKinnis, vice president of sales and marketing.
