ERCOFTAC 5: Urban Scale CFD

ERCOFTAC Special Interest Group 5 Second Workshop on "Urban Scale CFD"

Workshop, School of Civil Engineering, Nottingham, United Kingdom, September 9-10th, 2004

This event aims to review and further discuss the challenges met across the scales in modelling urban environments with CFD. Scales will start at the individual building scale, move on to consider groups of buildings, street canyons and will extend to cities, forests and ABL models.

Keynote speakers are: - Prof. Julian Hunt, UCL - Prof. Ian Casto, Soton - Dr Ian Perkins, Central Lyon - Prof. Christopher Baker, Birmingham
