Fluent, the world’s number 1 provider of CFD software to the aerospace industry, is to exhibit at this year’s Farnborough International to showcase its latest and forthcoming new technologies. FLUENT CFD is used by most aerospace companies, and represents a critical tool in the design and development process.

Prospects and clients attending the Fluent stand will be able to find out more about FLUENT’s advanced capabilities. These include the Dynamic Moving Mesh (the most advanced of its kind) and 6 Degrees of Freedom solver, used for store separation analysis, and the advanced turbulence models, including Detached Eddy Simulation, used to model complex aerodynamic flows. They will also be able to gain a sneak preview of the advances in CFD to come in the soon-to-be-released FLUENT 6.2.
