The technical proceedings from the 17th FLOW-3D European Users Conference are now available for download. The conference featured an interesting and varied set of talks including topics such as fuel tank dynamics for both automotive and aerospace applications, core making, environmental modeling, and cutting-edge research in microfluidics applications. Speakers from Fiat Chrysler Automotive, Roche Diagnostics, Arcadis Netherlands, and Mott MacDonald as well as a variety of leading research institutions, such as Friedrich-Alexander-University Erlangen and FH Aachen, were part of a diverse lineup of presenters. In addition to the work presented by customers, Flow Science representatives discussed current and upcoming developments for the software.
Jenifer Gómez-Pastora from the University of Cantabria won the Best Presentation Award for her talk: “Optimization of magnetic blood cleansing microdevices.”
