1st Osborne Reynolds Day

Description:

To honour one of the most oustanding contributors to our field, Osborne Reynolds, Manchester academic and educator, the UK Pilot Center of ERCOFTAC organises this 1 day event at UMIST.

An important aspect of the event is the presentation of recently graduate (or about to graduate) Phd students. Entries for this prize are accepted until 30 January 2002 from all current research students registered at UK universities, and EU students if they have spent at least 1 year in the UK as a part of their studies. Doctoral graduates who submitted their theses no earlier than 1 January 2002 are also eligible.
