Special Fields: Aerodynamics, Optimization, CAD/CFD Integration, Design
Deadlines: April 15, 2016 (abstract), July 1, 2016 (registration)
Type of Event: Conference, International

Description:

The areas of particular relevance and interest include, but
are not limited to:
    Industrial Flow Optimisation
    Continuous Adjoint Solvers
Automatic Differentiation Tools and Discrete Adjoint Solvers
    Adjoint Optimisation of Unsteady Flows
Shape and topology optimisation approaches for
Adjoint-based Optimisation Workflows
    Multi-Fidelity and Multi-Objective Optimisation Methods
    Computational and Parametrisation Methods for
Large-scale Optimisation Problems
    Metamodel-based Multi-Disciplinary Optimisation Frameworks
    Structural and Composite Optimisation Methods

The ASMO-UK/ISSMO series of conferences provides an
opportunity for researchers on multi-disciplinary
optimisation from within and outside the UK and Germany to
get together and share experience within a growing
community. It is an international forum for academic and
industrial researchers, as well as engineering design
specialists, to present, discuss and learn about the latest
developments in this fast-moving field. Application papers
are particularly welcome.

The conference will comprise invited talks by a number of
international speakers, contributed presentations, and a
benchmark workshop on adjoint-based design optimisation

The deadline for submission of abstracts has been extended
to 15 April 2015
