BAIL is a series of international conferences on Boundary and Interior Layers - Computational and Asymptotic
Methods. Seven BAIL conferences were held around the world from 1980 to 1994. It has been decided recently by
a group of colleagues to restart the series. In accordance with this decision the first of this new BAIL series will be
held in Perth, Australia in 2002.
