CD adapco Group will be holding a 2 day interactive course on Advanced Post Processing within PROSTAR. The class will take place in Plymouth, MI, on April 22nd and 23rd. The course is intended for STAR-CD engineers who want to learn more about the wide range of post processing tools within PROSTAR and want to generate the ultimate in report and presentation plots!
The course will include the following topics:
- Complete description of color maps and scales
- Combination of geometry and post results
- Production of icons for section cut plots
- Duplication of repeating geometry and results
- Advanced particle tracking
- Combination of multiple grids and results in one plot
- Mapping of data onto shells, solution and boundary mapping
- Calculation of effective post quantities
- Adaptive refinement
- Generation of animations
