OpenFoam 2.1 attachDetach

Hello OpenFoam users.

Recently I downloaded this case that uses attach detach dynamic mesh. But this case was created for dev 1.5. Everytime I tried to run this on OpenFoam 2.1, it does not recognize the "faceSet" command nor the dynamic mesh type "attachDetachFvMesh". Thanks for helping.

The attachDetachFvMesh isn't part of the official OpenFOAM install anymore. The code is there, but it isn't compiled anymore. If you want to make an attachDetach case in 2.x.x, you can look at this bug report I filed here: http://www.openfoam.org/mantisbt/view.php?id=572
