Hi,
I'm modelling a problem with two different fluids which are not in contact. Whenever I change the material for one of the fluid Domains, the other Domain is automatically set to the new material. I can not have two different materials for two different fluid domains. What's the solution for this? Thanks Last edited by mak86; August 23, 2010 at 11:39. |

Dear all,
I think I found the solution. I checked CFX help and the only part noticing this issue was: " Multiple Fluid Domains When consistent physics has been enforced, all settings are copied across all fluid domains when any fluid domain is edited with the following exceptions:..." To add the option of multiple fluid domains with different materials you have got to do so: Go to Edit>Options>CFX-Pre>General In the Physics section check "Enable beta features". Doing so another option appears "Constant Domain Physics" This way you can make the "consistent physics" optional. |

After enabling beta features, one could disable "costant doamin physics"..
I checked in V13, it works well.. Thanks folks.. |
