i am trying to model a multi domain simulation but the problem emerges when i change the material for one domain, the second domain's material chenges too! .in another word i cannot set two different materials for different domains and i don't know why?! is that related to interfaces ?

No, it's because of CFX "error-proof" settings. It tries to keep everything alike on all domain to avoid user errors. You can disable this in the object tree, in
'Case Options > General > Enable Beta Features > Constant Domain Physics'.
