Dr. Cécile Devaud is seeking three highly motivated graduate students, MASc or
PhD, to join a fully funded project on computational fluid dynamics (CFD) for
turbulent reactive flow, with a focus on hydrogen combustion for aero gas
turbine applications. The project centers on developing advanced modeling and
simulation tools of turbulent combustion in a wide range of conditions (close
to/far from extinction) and regimes (non-premixed/premixed/partially premixed).
Graduate positions are fully funded for up to 2 years for MASc students and up
to 4 years for PhD students following departmental stipend guidelines.
About you
Strong academic performance, experience in CFD,
combustion, numerical methods, and proficiency in scientific programming (C++,
Matlab, Python).
