convergence problem in ansys fluent

Default convergence problem in ansys fluent

sir i have been using TRANSIENT NATURAL CONVECTION IN RECTANGULAR ENCLOSURES HEATED FROM ONE SIDE AND COOLED FROM ABOVE. I used the PISO model and for pressure weighted body method but i am not able to converge the solution. please help me to find out the exact problem ahd i fixed the continuity level in residual monitor upto e-04.
