Hi,

I just compiled 2.0.4 against MPICH2 on win7@32 with gcc for win.

When trying the Euler/naca0012 case with 8 cores, the program stopped when it needs to write solution file.

I set:

% Writing solution file frequency
WRT_SOL_FREQ= 100

After 100 Iter, the error mes is like this:

job aborted:
rank: node: exit code[: error message]
0: pcname: -1073741819: process 0 exited without calling finalize
1: ...AS ABOVE
...
7: ...

if I set WRT_SOL_FREQ= 50, it will aborted after 50 Iters.

Any suggestion?

Hi Cean,

Not sure if it will address your current issue, but could you please try again with version 2.0.5? We made some changes to the solution output routines, in general. If not, it may be a platform specific issue.

Hi Tom,

I traced to the line which can't run and added one output line. Then it has no problem now.

Sometimes the compiler is strange.
