Design Manager Value changes on final iterations?

I am currently trying to run a design manager project on a NACA 4412 foil in 50m/s air, to compare it to theoretical results gathered. As shown in the images attached my simulations converge to a correct value for Cl but then at the very final iteration, they jump to an incorrect value! this is the same for every simulation in the DMP. I can't figure out why this is happening or how to fix it so any help would be amazing.
