Default Automated mesh created cracks/hole in my surface wrapper part

Hi everyone!

I am a student and have only been using STARCCM+ for a few months now. I'm working on a fluid simulation for a milling tool and I used the surface wrapper to unite/combine the different geometries for the main part. There's been no problem so far, and I am using MRF with two separate regions, one for the rotating fluid and one for the stationary tool. I used the boolean subract to make the rotating region (i created a cylindrical region for the rotation and then subtracted the surface wrapped tool from it).

However when i carried out automated mesh on the rotating region, the mesh is not properly generated, there are cracks and holes on one of the ducts/waterway although theres no apparent errors shown.

I have tried reducing the base size of the mesh to 5mm-3mm and also applying the automatic repair surface but it's still there.
Any other suggestions?

Base size for surface wrapper is 0.1mm.

Here are some pictures of before and after my automated meshing.

Check the surface that Wrapper generates.

That can be done like following: in any scene where wrapped part is shown - change the representation property of displayers (like Geometry, Outline) to the one generated by the wrapping operation.

You can also check the results of subtract operation in the same way.
