heat transfer on panel radiator

i will model L=400 mm PANEL FINNED FINNED PANEL panel radiator using starccm+, i sketched panel radiator i split out boundaries but how will i model outside air outside from finned and how will i give boundary conditions valuse for instance i will use fluid and air conductivity bu how will i give these values i mean can you guide me in turns about modelling first i split out boundaries then what will i do? which values will i use for boundary conditions and how will i decide setting up model?

sounds like you need to do a few STAR-Design and STAR-CCM+ tutorials and it will become clear - you are asking very basic questions!
