Hi, I'm Nino and i'm using REEF3D. I have some problems with solid generated with the Dimemesh options, particularly with the ogee weir, because when I do the contour of the phi level the water flows through the solid. Does anyone have the same problem or a solution? Thanks
Best regards Nino |

The free surface (i.e. the zero contour of the level set) inside the solid is a question of visualization. Your second image also indicates that your mesh is quite coarse, too coarse as it seems.
Another thing: you are starting with a free surface well below the weir, this I would not recommend. |

I will try again with a smaller mesh size, thanks for the suggestion.
