about gridgen mesh rotation

hi there. I am using gridgen software for mesh. I found that sometimes when I rotate a connector (or domain), the point I expected to be (0,1,0) turned out to be (0,1,2.94701E-015). I know such a tiny mistake can be omitted. But I just want to know if there is a better way to avoid this? thank you very much
